There are three bedrooms. The master bedroom has a king size bed an the other two bedrooms have two single beds in each. One is on the ground floor. The villa can accommodate six guests.

Transfer time is around 20 minutes. We provide you with a drivers details so you can contact him to arrange a pick up and drop off. The Transfer will cost 20 euro.

Yes. There are 2 swimming pools plus a shallow kids pool. There is gym, kids club and a number of restaurants and bars.

The hotel offers free wifi in communal areas. The villa also has a 45 a wifi router that can be used in the villa. All internet is provided by 4G so we are reliant on local networks.

Check in is 3pm but we will try and tailor this so the villa is ready on arrival. Check out is at midday, you can request late checkout but this will be dependant on other bookings.

Yes, we have a team of local people who looking after our villa. Your main point of contact will be Emma (The owner) and she will correspond with our local team if anything is needed.

Yes. You can email the hotel or speak to them on arrival. You are able to upgrade for the full duration or any number of days during you stay.

Beach towels are provided by the hotel who issue towel cards on request. Each card requires a 20 Euro deposit which is refunded upon return of the card / towel when you leave.

There is a small shop in the hotel reception and a larger supermarket 5mins walk in the Villa Verde complex. There are a number of larger supermarkets in Santa Maria which is 5 euro by taxi.
